The Standing Committee on Economic Development and Environment, chaired by Mr. Jackie Jacobson, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, at 6:00 PM regarding Bill 24: An Act to Amend the Revolving Funds Act. The hearing will take place in Committee Room A at the Legislative Assembly building.

Minister of Infrastructure Diane Archie will be in attendance.

The Act would change the authorized limits of the Petroleum Products Stabilization Fund from $1 million to $3 million to stabilize petroleum pricing in the Territory. A summary of the contents and background of the Bill is attached.

Committee is requesting feedback from the public about this Bill. Written submissions can be provided to the Committee Clerk (contact information below) until August 20, 2021.
