(YELLOWKNIFE) Tuesday, October 10, 2017 – Paul Delorey, Chair of the Northwest Territories’ Honours Advisory Council, is pleased to announce the induction ceremony for Fred Carmichael of Inuvik. Mr. Carmichael was honoured with this award in March 2017, but was unable to attend the initial induction ceremony.
