(YELLOWKNIFE) Thursday, March 31, 2016 – The Epic Grill at the Legislative Assembly building is closing effective April 1, 2016. The café will remain closed to the public and building occupants until further notice. The Legislative Assembly thanks Joselito and Dorothy De Leon, owners of The Epic Grill, for their excellent services during their time at the Assembly.

A Request for Proposal process to find a new operator to run the catering services and cafeteria operations at the Legislative Assembly closed on March 4, 2016 and eventually proved to be unsuccessful.

The Legislative Assembly administration is continuing to pursue other options to support the availability of catering services for the Legislative Assembly’s operations and special events.
