YELLOWKNIFE (December 21, 2021) – Today, the Northwest Territories Legislative Assembly released its Workplace Review Action Plan.
The Workplace Review Action Plan identifies how the Office of the Clerk will implement recommendations from the Workplace Review Report and monitor employee engagement and satisfaction.
“The creation of this Action Plan is an important step in improving workplace culture, but it’s only the beginning,” says the Honourable Frederick Blake Jr., Speaker of the Northwest Territories Legislative Assembly. “I look forward to overseeing the plan’s implementation and want to thank staff for actively contributing to its development.”
